Shalom Gardens Health & Rehab is looking for a dependable and compassionate Driver with medical transport experience to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our residents safely arrive to and from appointments, outings, and essential services.

If you enjoy helping others and take pride in providing safe, reliable transportation-we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, dialysis, and scheduled outings
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the facility vehicle(s)
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws at all times
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and scheduling teams

What We're Looking For:

• Previous medical transport experience REQUIRED
• Clean driving record REQUIRED
• Valid driver's license in the state of Virginia
• Ability to safely assist residents, including those with mobility challenges
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and compassionate
